**Welcome to Helium Law+, a subscription service designed to provide year-round legal support for Startups, Scaleups, and SMEs. Below is a summary of the key features and services included in your subscription.

‍Included Services and Templates
‍Subscribers gain access to over 20 free legal templates, which include: Employment Agreement, Employee Handbook, Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Shareholders’ Agreement, Contractor Agreements, Founders’ Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Termination of Employment Agreement and Services Agreement. Templates are provided on request and will generally be delivered within three working days. Additional templates may be offered at Helium’s discretion on request.

Subscriptions also include:
"Ask Helium" support, offering 30 minutes per month for the £59/month plan or 90 minutes per month for the £199/month plan.
Professional legal advice, tracked and delivered transparently through our client portal.
A 25% discount on hourly rates, including Senior Lawyer rates (£198/hr reduced to £149/hr + VAT) and Lawyer + Paralegal rates (£120/hr reduced to £90/hr + VAT).

Excluded Services
‍Helium Law does not provide services for reserved legal activities, including:Appearing in court or conducting litigation.Preparing real estate instruments or probate papers.Notarial activities, administering oaths, or reserved employment settlement agreements. Where applicable, Helium may recommend third-party providers for these services.

Billing and Subscription Terms
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and processed via Stripe using your registered payment details. Work on projects is billed weekly on Fridays.
‍Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for 12-month terms unless cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to renewal.
‍Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be cancelled within the first seven days of the initial term. The first month’s fee will retained to cover onboarding costs, and no further charges will apply.

Usage Policy and Fair Use
Intended Use: Services and templates are for your business use only. Sharing, reselling, or unauthorised use of templates, documents, or communications is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property, including templates, tools, and advice provided by Helium Law, remains the exclusive property of Helium Law. No ownership rights or licenses are transferred to clients through the subscription or use of our services. Templates and tools may only be used as intended for your internal business purposes and cannot be modified, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from Helium Law.
Fair Use: "Ask Any Question" and your monthly time allowance are limited to one subject and 30 minutes (starter) or 90 minutes (Pro) per month. Helium may, at its discretion, answer additional questions or invest more time beyond the monthly time allowance but is not obligated to do so. Case time is tracked transparently through the client portal, and additional time required to resolve queries may be charged at the discounted hourly rate.

Additional Terms
‍All work is subject to time and cost tracking through the Helium client portal. Clients are responsible for monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with agreed budgets.Helium reserves the right to pause services in case of payment issues or misuse of the subscription.
