Help & Support
What areas of law or specific industries does Helium specialise in?
Helium specialises in all aspects of commercial, data privacy, corporate and employment law, with a particular focus on serving high-growth startups. Whether you need assistance with contracts, privacy regulations, corporate governance, or building a strong employment framework, Helium provides top-notch legal support.
Can you support complex litigation cases?
While all our lawyers are registered with the SRA, Helium Law is not SRA regulated so we are unable to support litigation cases and reserved legal activities. Please see more information here https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/guidance/unregulated-organisations-employers-sra-regulated-lawyers/
Are Helium lawyers qualified and experienced
Helium's lawyers are experienced UK lawyers with valid SRA Practising Certificates. They also have a passion for tech, teamwork and customer service.
Will I be working with a real human, not an AI robot?
100%! Our team might use AI and the Helium platform to speed up tasks and cut down on admin so they can focus on personal interactions and giving quality legal advice based on years of experience.
How much do you charge?
Standard Rate: from £49 an hour. Senior Lawyer Rate: from £149 an hour. All fees are billed by the minute so you only pay for what you use.
Are my agreements and sensitive documents secure?
We store all documents on AWS cloud servers with advanced encryption protocols so your documents and data couldn’t be more secure.
How do I pay?
All invoicing is done through the Helium client platform where payments are calculated. Everything is completely transparent and you control payment options in your account settings. The platform generates an invoice and you pay via Stripe’s many payment options.
Do you do create custom legal templates?
Yes, like thousands of the best lawyers worldwide, we use LexisNexis best in class legal templates which our experienced lawyers are able to quickly customise and adapt for your specific requirements.
